Return and Refund Policy
Order can be cancelled only before we have packed and shipped the product. Once the product has been shipped and handed over to the shipping company, we will not be able to process cancellation of orders. Hence, we encourage you to be sure of the products you order before check-out. We normally ship the products same day if order is received by 4PM
Though we take utmost care that your parcel reaches you in time and in good shape but if unfortunately you receive the goods in damaged condition, we will be happy to exchange the goods or offer you refund. Please contact at email@example.com with the details and photographs of the product and packaging. We will be happy to offer you replacement or refund
As most of our products are personal in nature, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept return of products unless the product is faulty or damaged. Hence, kindly make sure you have the right products in the cart. This is a small step to ensure that you always receive fresh and hygienic product
- In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
- Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
- For hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept replacements or exchanges of products in following categories: contraceptives, night wear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, apparel, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipments and any other personal item or items that have been imported in the country
- We shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.
- In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.
